How to Set Intentions for Your Healing Journey

How to Set Intentions for Your Healing Journey

Your intention is the compass for your healing journey—it directs your energy and attention during the ceremony.

1. Reflect on Your Why

Ask yourself: Why am I coming to this medicine? What am I ready to release or understand? Write your answers in a journal.

2. Be Clear but Flexible

Clarity helps the medicine work, but flexibility allows it to guide you where you need to go, even if it’s unexpected.

3. Use Positive Language

Instead of focusing on what you don’t want (“I want to stop being anxious”), state what you desire (“I want to feel inner peace”).

4. Keep it Simple

One or two core intentions are more powerful than a long list. This helps you stay focused throughout the process.

💡 Your intention plants the seed—the ceremony is where it blooms.

Peace Life in collaboration
with Organización Qinty & Natural Worship

Peace Life is in collaboration with Natural Worship, and Organizacion Qinty. Together we offer organized information to help offer a safe, and professional space to access the natural healing techniques and integration tools proven by ancient master medicine wisdom and modern science.

Moved by the life changing impact we have received from this healing work, we offer a space to bring individuals and communities together internationally to help protect nature through services projects and the education/care of the plants and their wisdom found within the amazon rainforest and within our own communities.
